Originally built in 730 AD, Kanda Myojin is one of Tokyo's oldest and most important Shinto shrines. Prayers for Wealth & Success: The shrine is a popular place for business owners, entrepreneurs, and students to pray for prosperity and success. Blessings for Electronics & Gadgets: Since it's close to Akihabara (Tokyo's tech & anime district), Kanda Myojin offers special amulets to protect computers, smartphones, and gaming devices, a must-have for tech lovers! Ties to Anime & Otaku Culture: The shrine has been featured in anime and games like Love Live! and Persona 5, making it a popular stop for anime fans. Annual Kanda Matsuri Festival: Held in May, this is one of Tokyo's biggest and most historic festivals, featuring massive parades, mikoshi (portable shrines), and lively celebrations.
