Nungnung Waterfall

If you're looking for a jaw-dropping, off-the-beaten-path waterfall in Bali, Nung Nung Waterfall is one of the most impressive on the island. Located north of Ubud, this 80-meter-tall waterfall crashes into a misty pool surrounded by lush jungle, creating a scene that feels straight out of a movie. Unlike more famous waterfalls like Tegenungan, Nung Nung is less crowded, making it one of Bali's best hidden nature spots. Why Visit Nung Nung Waterfall? Tips for Visiting

Be Ready for a Workout: The walk down is easy, but coming back up the steep stairs is a leg burner! Take breaks if needed.

Go Early to Have It to Yourself: Nung Nung is never super crowded, but visiting before 10 AM gives you the most peaceful experience.
Bring a Rain Jacket & Waterproof Bag: The mist from the waterfall is strong, and you will get wet just standing near it, protect your camera and phone! Not the Best for Swimming: The pool is deep and the currents strong, so this is more of a "stand in the mist and enjoy the power of nature" kind of spot.
